Quantilia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to facilitate seamless communication between clients and our technical team, ensuring efficient solution-building while understanding and addressing potential technical challenges. English is a must. You have a proven experience in project management, in finance-related projects (banking, asset management, insurance). You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and technical teams. You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of technical concepts and challenges.
Key accountabilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and objectives, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential technical challenges throughout project lifecycles. Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Demonstrate a strong passion for finance and data, staying abreast of industry trends and developments. You have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He/She has strong knowledges in Python or R language, BI tools and/or AI applied to finance. Perfectly fluent in English, he/she has a keen eye for detail and is willing to work in a particularly demanding environment to create maximum value for our clients. Key accountabilities
Our multi-talented team is user-oriented, innovative, passionate and looking forward to working with a new member. His/Her role in the company will be to: categorise strategies according to financial criteria, develop and maintain an efficient and reusable database, assist in maintaining database setup quality and organisation, implement new features in collaboration with our product manager, implement statistic tools specifically for quant indices, work on data visualisation for an enhanced user experience, follow up on partnerships and collaborations with index houses, monitor performance and bugs to guarantee a smooth experience for our users, work closely with the team of developers and the research team. Depending on your profile and personal interest, you will be talking to clients or in charge of research projects.
