We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
-> Proactively identify and approach potential clients across European markets, including banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and asset managers.
-> Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
-> Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
-> Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
-> Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
-> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
-> Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-> Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
-> Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
-> Use CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions, ensuring detailed and accurate reporting.
-> Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
-> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
-> Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and support.
Qualifications
-> Recent graduate from a top-tier business school or university, with a strong academic background.
-> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-> Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
-> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-> Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
-> Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-> Good English spoken is a must.
-> Native speaker in English, Italian or German is a plus.
-> Passion for the financial industry and a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Qualifications:

-> Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS.
-> Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

-> Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
