We are looking for a proficient Financial Data Analyst with strong Python programming skills and a deep knowledge of finance and financial instruments.

As a Python Specialist - Financial Data Analyst, your key role will involve converting raw financial data into meaningful insights. You will focus on utilizing Python to process, analyze, and model data pertaining to financial markets and instruments. Working closely with our finance team, you will apply quantitative techniques to address practical financial challenges, supporting informed, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-> Write efficient and scalable Python code to process large datasets.
-> Develop models for risk analysis, performance analysis, and financial forecasting.
-> Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
-> Ensure data integrity and scalability of the models and pipelines by adhering to best coding practices.
-> Collaborate with the finance and product teams to translate financial data into business insights.
-> Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
-> Create automated pipelines for data extraction and analysis.
-> Design and deliver reports or dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
-> Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for data processing and analysis.

Qualifications

-> 3+ years of professional experience working with Python in a data-centric role.
-> Strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, and financial data.
-> Experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and SQL.
-> Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment (AWS preferred).
-> Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations.
-> Knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc..
-> Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools (a plus).
-> Passion for the financial industry and a strong understanding of financial products and services.
-> Good English spoken is a must.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Quantilia, you will be at the core of designing and enhancing our data management and analytics platform. Collaborating with a team of seasoned professionals, you will contribute to the development of both front-end and back-end components. Responsibilities:
-> Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions that support our data analytics and reporting capabilities.
-> Optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and security across both front-end and back-end components.
-> Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries to create intuitive AI user interfaces.
-> Design and implement robust cloud architectures using AWS and other cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Key accountabilities

Qualifications:

-> Graduate from a leading engineering school with a specialization in cloud computing, data engineering, or similar.
-> Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a data-intensive environment and with a successful experience in cloud and security.
-> Proven experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
-> Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
-> Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data management solutions.
-> Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
-> Strong front-end development skills, ideally with experience in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
-> Ability to lead complex cloud projects from design to execution, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
-> Strong problem-solving skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
-> Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in French.
