Reporting to the CEO, you will hold a strategic, cross-functional role within the organization as COO. Serving as a key liaison between Legal, Finance, and Operations, you will ensure the company’s legal compliance while optimizing its operational efficiency.
Your role is built around three key pillars:
Legal and Compliance Department
- Contract Management: Drafting, negotiating, and monitoring complex contracts (SaaS service agreements, licensing agreements, strategic partnerships) in both French and international contexts.
- Corporate Law: Managing the legal secretariat (preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, maintaining corporate records).
- Compliance: Overseeing regulatory compliance (GDPR, KYC) and active legal monitoring.
Operational Support
- Internal Processes: Analyzing and optimizing workflows to support the company’s growth.
- Human Resources: Administrative management of personnel (drafting employment contracts, monitoring the training plan, liaising with social security agencies).
- General Services: Oversight of service providers and internal tools essential to operations.
Financial Support
- Management Oversight: Coordinating with the accountant to prepare financial documents and monitor cash flow.
- Billing: Overseeing the customer billing cycle and managing collections.
- Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial dashboards for senior management.
